Skills

1.  Strong knowledge of valve and actuator types, materials, and application environments. Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
2•     Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions.
3•     Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
4•     Strong customer service orientation with a proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
5•     Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept to completion, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
6•     Willingness to travel to customer sites and industry events as required

Job description

1•     Provide expert guidance on the selection and application of valves and actuators to meet customer requirements.
2•    Assist customers in integrating valve and actuator products into their systems, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
3•    Work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide technical advice, and address any issues or concerns.
4•    Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications and quality standards.
5•    Conduct training sessions and provide technical documentation to educate customers and internal teams on valve and actuator technologies.
6•    Collaborate with the sales team to develop technical proposals, respond to RFQs, and participate in sales presentations.
7•    Work with R&D and product management teams to provide feedback on product performance and suggest improvements based on customer interactions.
8•    Diagnose and resolve technical issues with valve and actuator systems, both remotely and on-site.
9•    Stay updated with industry standards and regulations related to valves and actuators, ensuring compliance in all applications.
10•    Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices within the engineering team.
